The Miller Quick Garage & Quick Barn were developed to be just what the name implies, a quick yet efficient way to house your truck, boat, cycle or whatever needs a dry place. The quick garage & quick barn are prebuilt only.
Included in each quick garage & quick barn:
- Six 4"x6"x20' pressure treated skids
- 2"x6" tongue and grooved treated flooring
- 2"x4" wall framing 16" O.C.
- 8' & 6' walls
- L.P. Smart Side Siding
- 1 = 9'x6' 6" Non-Insulated Overhead door
- Single 32 3/4" Wooden side entry door
- Aluminum drip edge on all roof edges
- 5/8" CDX roof sheathing
- GAF 30yr Dimensional shingles
- Two 8 x 16 louvered air vents

- One 9’x7' Insulated Overhead door
- One 32 ¾” Single wood door
- Comes with a 3" Aluminum Tread plate in all door ways
- 2"x6" T&G treated floor
- Header above doors

- 5/8" plywood roof sheathing

- All doors are double framed and assembled with screws
- All wall studs are 16” O.C.
- Quick Gable garage: wall height 96” = 8' (Roofline: 4/12 pitch)
- Quick Barn garage: wall height 76" = 6' 4" (4/12 on top & 30/12 on the side)
