Hi-Wall Barns
The Hi-Wall Barn has the same quality features as the Miller’s Barn Style, but with 7' sidewalls (78" wall studs) allowing door placement in the sidewalls, as well as in the end. A versatile barn offering increased wall space and head room – ideal for multiple lofts. One set of double 67"x72" doors are included.
Standard Features:
- 10’-16’W units come with one set of 67”x72" double doors
- Comes with a 3" Aluminum Tread plate in all door ways
- 2"x6" T&G treated floor
- 8”x16” end vents unless vinyl sided
- 2"x10" top wall plate
- Header above doors
- Aluminum Drip edge along roof edges
- 5/8" plywood roof sheathing
- 30yr Dimensional shingles
- All doors are double framed and assembled with screws
- All wall studs on our Premier, and Vinyl Series, or Horizontal Pine siding are 16” O.C.
- Wall height 82 ½” = 6’ 10½”
- Roof Pitch: 4/12 pitch on top; 30/12 pitch on the sides & 4/12 flare
