Hi-Loft Porch Barns
Our Hi-Loft Porch Barns employ all the quality components of the Hi- Loft Barns, with the addition of a 6' - 10' wide porch along one side. Full loft/2nd floor and stairway are included.
Note: 24' wide Hi-Loft Porch Barns are also available.
Standard Features:
- All high loft barns come with double 67”x72" wooden doors
- Comes with a 3" Aluminum Tread plate in all door ways
- One 36" steel entry door
- 2"x6" T&G treated floors
- Header above doors
- 2"x10" top wall plate
- Full loft/2nd floor with stairs (3/4" plywood floor)
- 2"x6" Roof trusses
- 2"x6" Fascia
- Full ridge and soffit ventilation
- Aluminum drip edge along roof edges
- 5/8" plywood roof sheathing
- 30yr Dimensional shingles
- Felt paper
- All doors are double framed and assembled with screws
- All wall studs on our Premier, and Vinyl, or Horizontal siding are 16” O.C.
- Wall height 96” = 8’
- Roof Pitch: 4/12 pitch on top; 26 - 30/12 pitch on the sides; 4/12 pitch on the porch and flare
